  Dimension moyenne des chambres : il faut reconnaître que la chambre était assez petite, assortie d'une très petite salle de bain. obèses s'abstenir. qualité moyenne du petit déjeuner : les aliments étaient corrects , en revanche, les boissons ne l'étaient pas tout à fait.

  Hotel bien placé à proximité de la station louise tout en étant au calme. nous étions en couple avec notre enfant donc à 3 dans une chambre prévue pour 2, nous étions un peu "serrés". parking privé non loin pour 17€/j au lieu de 20€ pour l'hotel.wifi gratuit dans la chambre (4eme étage). personnel sympathique et conciliant. petits déj copieux. 256 € pour 3 nuits tout compris (dont taxes) c'est très correct.

  Attention parking à entrée et sortie unique géré par l'hôtel -> véhicule endommagé en revenant de promenade prise en charge totale par l'assurance de l'hotel mais aucune remise pour compenser l'incident (même pas le parking à 10 euros) mesquin vue la qualité moyenne de l'hôtel !!!!!!!

  Petit simple et propre avec le wifi inclus et qui fonctionne pour un prix tres honnete pour bruxelles (tres chere comme ville)

  The internet didn't have a signal.. that kind of wasn't great. but generally it was a very nice hotel, close to the centre of brussels!

  J'étais dans une chambre très jolie sous les toits. le store du velux devrait être changé, il était vétuste et laissait passer beaucoup de lumière. la télévision ne proposait qu'une seule chaîne car la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, à réparer aussi!

  Un hotel carino, a pochi passi dalla avenue louise ed a cica 20 minuti di piacevole passeggiata dalla grand place. facilmente raggiungibile in automobile e vicino ai mezzi pubblici (tram e metro a 5 minuti). la nostra camera era spaziosa e tranquilla. il bagno praticamente nuovo. il personale gentile e disponibile. la colazione buona e con una scelta nel buffett adeguata alla categoria dell'hotel. molto simpatica la cameriera. ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

  Rated good with qualifications. i needed a simple, well located room for sleep only. all that mattered was a clean bed and clean bathroom for a good night's sleep and fast checkout. room was small and clean with no extras. had phone, but not tv and no air conditioning. on that night it didn't matter, though. so i got what i needed, nothing more, and the price was excellent for the location.

  Le seul point noir est dans la chambre, une odeur forte de tabac froid et le matelat terriblement imprégné. sinon bon accueil; autre surprise le garage : 4 places seulement et il faut réserver.

  Excellent accueil. satisfaction générale tres bonne avec un petit bemol sur l'isolation des chambres (bruit interne et non externe)

  La seule chose un peu regrettable c' est le parking dans lequel il est très difficile de se garer. il faut confier à la réception sa clé afin que sa voiture puisse etre bougée et comme la manoeuvre est difficile on n' a pas vraiment envie de confier sa voiture... il serait bien de le signaler aux clients

  Très mauvais accueil, première question : votre carte de crédit. nous l'avons signalé au veilleur de nuit qui devait faire le necessaire auprès de la direction. service du pd très mauvais. accueil et pd pas de professionnalisme, des amateurs.
