	La chambre, la salle de bain étaient propres. mais le tapis au sol de la chambre était plutôt sale et rebutant. il devrait être changé pour un couvre-sol souple ou flottant.

	Cet hôtel est très bien placé, en plein centre de bruxelles, et proche de la grand place. de plus, l'accueil y est agréable, et les prix pratiqués sont tout à faits raisonnables.

	Très joli hotel. seul bémol, je voulais un numéro de téléphone pour réserver un taxi ....et on m'a répondu d'aller voir a la station.. sinon très bon rapport quialité prix mais j'ai bénéficié d'un promo

	La relación calidad-precio no es muy buena, como ocurre con casi todos los hoteles de bruselas. lo positivo del hotel es que está al lado de la línea de metro que une las estaciones de tren del norte y zuid, y pasa por la zona europea. no conseguí que escribiesen los datos de mi compañía en la factura por ordenador (la persona de recepción no entendía el problema de escribirlos a mano). me asignaron una habitación que resultó estar justo enfrente de una sala de conferencias, de manera que por la mañana había mucha gente pasando delante de la puerta de la habitación. teniendo en cuenta que llegué bastante tarde al hotel, despertarme a esas horas fue molesto.

	Pleasantly surprised how well the wireless internet worked. in addition, the breakfast was supreme. as a note, we lived in the units across the street from "hotel du congres'"

	The location of the hotel was ideal, situated close to madou metro station and the eu commission offices. the hotel staff with whom i dealt were friendly and courteous. the room was spacious (four single beds) - probabaly got this because, on arrival, i requested a room with a bath and nothing else was available. i appreciated having free wi-fi in the room. on the downside, there is no restaurant in the hotel (though many in the area)and no tea-making facilities in the room. the decor is basic and the carpet was rather worn. it was reasonably priced by brussels standards but rather expensive by comparison with other more luxurious european city centre hotels. however, the room was quiet, the bed (single) was comfortable and i slept well. i would stay there again.

	Chambre simple avec lit étroit toute petite et indigne d'un tel hôtel. mauvaise insonorisation. acceuil très froid.

	Difficile de donner un avis sur la qualité des services. nous avions 2 chambres pour 2. l'hotel présente un bon rapport qualité prix (petit déjeuner inclus dans les 80 €/n). chambres correctes mais tailles très inégales : de 1 à 2 pour le même tarif. en revanche, nous ne garderons pas un très bon souvenir, car le petit déjeuner fut catastrophique ce dim 30/10/10, la capacité de l'espace "petit déjeuner" étant sous-dimensionnée. la qualité de la nourriture était correcte, mais nous avons pris le petit dej dans une salle au sous sol, façon cantine. déprimant. le responsable a un peu perdu son sang froid devant la mauvaise humeur légitime des clients. phénomène exceptionnel ce we de toussaint et de changement d'heure ? ou une situation classique pour un we ? je ne sais pas dire. venus à bruxelles en voiture, nous n'avons pas eu trop de mal pour nous garer aux abords. l'hotel n'est pas trop éloigné de l'ilot historique.

	As a woman it was a bit functional, but i was only there to sleep so it didn't really matter. breakfast was great!

	Pour ce qui est de l'isolation, c'est juste parce que ma chambre donnait sur la rue et que j'ai entendu des voitures en soirée...

	Nous étions dans une chambre très petite au rez-de-chaussée. il n'y avait pas de vue et cela donnait sur une grande rue. nous nous sentions un peu confinés. mais la chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. l'isolation par rapport aux autres chambres était bonne.
