  L'hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement tout comme la qualité de ses services.

  La chambre était très glauque, moquette tâchée, aucune décoration, store cassé... nous avions l'impression d'être dans un placard. très triste, heureusement le buffet du petit déj est bon.

  Bonjour, il me semble que je n'ai pas eu la chambre correspondant à celle réservée; je n'ai rien réclamé, car d'autres membre de ma famille étaient mécontents, et je n'ai pas voulu en rajouter. pour autant, les trois quarts des chambres louées pour ma famille étaient tout à fait satisfaisantes, et par conséquent, je renouvellerait ma réservation en étant vigilant sur la catégorie de celle-ci.

  The rooms and furniture looks very dated and does not warrant the description of "boutique hotel". i could not get the safe in either of the two rooms to work. the complimentary soft drinks were only replenished in one of the rooms but given the cold weather i did not complain about it. i think the hotel is more 2.5 star than 3 star. poor lighting in both rooms made it difficult to read at night. overall the family and i were quite disappointed.

  I was actually positively surprise. the appartment i was lodged into was on two levels and spacious. bathroom was new. breakfast room newly renovated. good experience.

  Les chambres étaient très bien mais un peu "usées" les papiers peints sur les murs portent les traces des anciens habitants, la chasse d'eau fuit, le pommeau de douche aussi. disons un petit coup de "ravalement de façade" rendrait l'endroit parafait, mais ça n'a vraiment pas gâché notre séjour!
